LED angel eyes for 2011 328i sedan
Hey folks, n00b here. Just ordered my 2011 328i (first BMW) First item up for business is getting rid of those god-awful halogen angel eyes. I want them to be as bright/brighter than the Audi's LEDs (the stock ones on the 328i coupe don't seem very bright) and match the HID lights in color temp. Reading on here, the Lux 8.0 or PIAAs seem like the way to go, but I didn't see anything for 2011 yet.
Is the install pretty easy? Reliability? I would hate to spend $200-some and have them fail in a year. Also, has anyone tried replacements with superbrightleds.com? I just looked at the manual and for some reason BMW was cheap and only some of the lights are LED and not others (e.g. turn signals, but not brake or back up, etc.). superbrightleds.com has some decent prices for them... |
