2007 335i Key

Hey guys..
I have a problem with my key for the 07 335i. I sometimes cant use the key to unlock and lock the car and if i do unlock the car it wont start. Ihave taken the car the BMW in Melbourne they have just replaced the battery inside like 3 days ago and it still doesnt work. If you have any ideas why it doesnt work.

Do you have the second key? If so, is it still a problem with that one?
Do you have comfort access?

Yeh is have access with the second key sometimes they same problem happens sometimes. When they key doesn't work i cant use the comfort mode.

Do you have tinted windows? with comfort access the tint can interfere.
We had a problem on the 320 with a fuse failing and then the whole module died, so we couldn't unlock any door but the driver's door. Had to wait a week for a replacement from Germany.
the car was deadlocked and we had a birthday cake in the boot, so I had to have my son climb in and pass it out through the only door which would open.

When you took it into the dealer, did they check for any error codes?

Im not sure what iis the problem i am taking the car to BMW tomorrow but it has been working today fine i just havnt been putting the key in the reciver thing and its working fine now so i think that is the problem.
