Can't find the Block Heater Plug?

So last night in Calgary it was close to -50oC with the wind shield...absolutely ridiculous.
I was in the garrage trying to find the block heater plug to plug in the car and I couldn't find it.
I looked through the entire manual and it didn't mention the location either.
Can anyone help me with this?

Thanks in advance.

No option for block heater either.

You gotta use an aftermarket one.

Put 0w-40 Mobil 1 in at the next change.

BMW does not believe in block heaters. Not necessary if you have a decent battery anyway.

It is Windchill factor. Not windshield. Heard some lady on the radio said that she just figured that out after 30 years of calling it windshield fact. hahaha

Unlike my POS STi, both my BMW start all the time.

Cars are not affected by the windchill factor. Last week is was -30 (without windchill) and my car started for a second before shuting down. When I succesfully restarted it I had to give a bit of gas and keep the rev at 2000 for the first minute or so. Let just say the car did not like me that morning. That only happened once.

The expected air temperature for Brandon tonight is -40 c. The windshield (or windchill) will be -57 c.
I am glad that I have a garage and that I installed a pad heater. My car loves me for them.

I have the model 16 which fits the side of the oil pan.
