Planning with the Towne Centre stores is underway and they're excited to have us. Beyond the great reception, the bountiful parking and easy access via I-83 are great assets. The meet flyer is being reviewed...by an actual expert.

Let's get this caffeinated AM party started! Caffeine-free AM partying is also encouraged.

There has to be more locals, and people close enough to this EASY to get to meet.

I changed the Title name so folks will know this is where they can sign up to attend the Hunt Valley Cars and Coffee meet. SteveMD might get a Corvette ZR1 and a Ford GT to make a Grand appearance. Plus Arena Motors, through member Arena Motor Dude might have some exotic cars too.
This is just the kind of response this meet is looking for.

With the meet hitting the Event Bar, here's an update for 3/4...

There are over 40 people interested based on the Facebook page. Many others have expressed interest. Word has been spread to Ferrari Chat, MB World, Corvette Forum, Mustang Club of MD, 6speed, VW Vortex, E46 Fanatics, M3 Post and others.

As of today, Hunt Valley Towne Centre's security squad (Broadway Silver Star) is on board. Also, I visited Arena Motor Group in Owings Mills to meet the management. They're very excited about bringing a few exotic and luxury vehicles to Hunt Valley. Be on the lookout for some amazing cars. Great people. Finally, Ritz Camera has printed some excellent postcard-size advertisements. Another excellent crew.

Based on the feedback, the Hunt Valley Cars & Coffee has been moved from a monthly to a weekly event. Starting on Saturday, March 31 and every Saturday moving forward, see you there!

There are many more on the 20+ websites that feature C&C threads (as well as many other car entusiasts that could care less about the internet). Between the threads, dealer visits, car searches (and resultant 4x6 flyer delivery) at HVTC and word-of-mouth advertising, the inaugural event is in great shape!

Hopefully I'll receive the indemnity clause from Greenberg and Gibbons legal team. That marks a significant step. To close, its about continuing to spread the word!

The total of Facebook users listing interest is now up to 95. That group has invited another 80 that are not yet committed. The grassroots effort is strong. Someone told me today that they heard of the meet on a 'Shooting Forum'. Pretty wild.

Sidenote: Bring a packet of Himalayan goji berries to your girlfriend/wife/SO. Start snacking and have them read the back label that shows the purported benefits. Have fun.

Will be there with a JB '07 e90 335. Definitely gonna have to bring the missus along for this... she's a bigger carnerd than me. Living in 21904 currently, but moving in with friends in Towson in August. Transferring to UBalt and, assuming my upcoming interview goes well, I'll be working at ZeniMax -- which is right in Hunt Valley. Gonna be good to meet some people in the area.

Yesterday, I constructed an e-mail distribution list from all of the business cards I received over the past weeks. Dare I say, these are influential people in the region's auto enthusiast community. Since many of them don't tread near Facebook or Twitter, they'll receive regular e-mail updates.

I'm waiting on Chick-fil-A's marketing crew to return with an answer in regards to free breakfasts for the 'usually don't arrive this early', 'driving far' and/or the 'I don't cook breakfast' crew. The owner is out of town until Friday so it may be a last-minute decision. I asked for 1-2 dozen so we'll see what happens. EngineCo52, you won't leave hungry.

The weather doesn't project to be perfect but the inaugural show must go on! If the weather doesn't hold out, owners that do not show in precipitation will hold to next week.
