Called me yesterday to ask me why I wasn't in yet (they had told me they would call when it came in). So, this morning I get in the car to drive there, and I've got a flat right rear too. So, they only have one tire, and I need two. Guess who has to go back on Monday again for a couple hours?

Not only that, but the car failed walkaround with some pretty unsightly scratches on the hood either from the wash, or from when they opened the hood to top off the washer fluid (which I didn't ask them to do). My SA was cool about everything, very courteous and apologetic, but don't most dealerships at least stock a couple of their most popular tire sizes????? Anyway, after spending 6 hours there already this week, I have to go back on Monday for a tire change (which took 2+ hrs today), and a trip to their body shop to see if buffing the scratch out is a possibility.... All because of a nail in the road...
They are.... Carlos is just a moron.

No joke though, they are good over there at Laurel so try them out.

That sucks about the tires/scratches though.

Yeah I don't know why I let them wash it. But I'm almost 100% sure it's from whoever opened or closed the hood. The scratches are right above the grille, running laterally on the car. I'm not really all that anal about swirls or microscratches, so I don't expect too much when letting them watch it, but these are pretty bad.... Like someone opened or closed the hood with tools or regular keys in their hand or something.

I never did the walkaround until I saw the volume of "dealer F'd my car up" threads on this board.

From the numbers and the reviews, it seems to be the best option, especially since they're in our backyard. They sound like they really stand behind their product too. I've talked to Tony about it a few times, and he seems like a really cool guy.

Could probably sell the jb3 for more than what you could get the LET flash for.

+1 on Laurel. I didn't buy my car from there and get loaners all the time. I also don't have any worries about my warranty.

Literally in all of June, the weekend of the 20th is the only day I can't make, unless I blow off that wedding, which would then result in me driving my awesome car to the unemployment line...

I still need Ben's help to wrap my window trim, maybe I'll just get a day on the calendar to drive down to his neck of the woods, wrap some trip and see what the LET is all about

havent been in a jb3, or a LET car, so I cant really say how they run (or my opinion of them) outside of feature sets and opinion over dealer invis. etc...but thats another story

time for those clowns to relax and read the disclaimers they have to adhere to. it sucks that guys car got fried (probably a dinan issue to be honest...stocker wouldnt do that...so that stinks)...but what can I say, warranty doesnt apply in the situation he got caught in, tis written in the rules of the game for that tune (they must be aware of the potential costs )

Yeah I'm a big fan of the Procede AND JB products, although I may be the only one out there that appreciates both!

well I'm sure everyone will be down to meet up again before/after then too.
