Is there an operator's manual for my radio?

Yes, I looked in the owner's manual... the one thing that I have still not mastered the operation of in my vehicle is the radio. I've got an '09, idrive, CIC, Hi-Fi, HD radio, and have all the fancy bluetooth etc. stuff if it matters, and I'm supposedly getting my Sirius receiver coded in tomorrow although that's hopefully irrelevant to my question.

Anyway...

- is there a "strongest station" feature where if I'm traveling the radio will automatically set it's presets to the 10 or however many strongest stations in the area, and I can scroll through them with the steering wheel buttons?

- how about a "seek" feature? e.g. hitting the button up goes to the next frequency up on which there's a signal?

- How do the up/down buttons work by default, anyway? What are they scrolling through? Operation seems to be pretty random. E.g. if I hit "up" and then "down" I do not return to the same station that I was listening to previously.

thanks for any assistance! leaving for a road trip tomorrow (after I get my Sirius activated) and it'd be awful nice to not be fumbling around using manual tuning through the idrive knob because I haven't a clue how the damn thing works.
