New owner from Toronto

Just to say hi, got a 07 E90 330XI 2 days ago..
I'm new to BMW, been reading the forum for the past days.
Have a few questions hopefully someone can help me out.
What is pre-LCI and LCI?
This is so confusing, searched and read alot. Does it mean non-facelifted and facelifted? What's the difference between them?
Also, I want to change the angel eyes to brighter LED/Xenon ones.. where should i start? I see both LED and Xenon ones.. which one are cheaper/better?

LCI=life cycle impulse which means facelift (2009+)

but... i think u might want to check what year your car is because i dont think there was 330's in 07 i believe they are only made in 06 and then replaced by 335's in 07

as for angel's, if you want bright go for LUX's but they do cost more tho

anyways enjoy your e90!

For the angel eyes, get the LUX H8 from namotorsports. Its a bit expensive but its completely worth it.

Congrats and welcome!

For the angel eyes I suggest getting cheap HIDs also they are brighter and last longer.

For the 330xi, your best bet is LED... although the Lux H8 won't fit because your car is pre-LCI.

Don't forget to program to turn off factory DRL (angel eye as DRL) as well! I believe for 07 you can still do it!

members on here were able to get theirs done with this shop but apply to only before a certain model year, I forgot if it was before MY07 ot MY06 but I know it won't work for me (MY08) even though I am still tempted to call them

Autologic sucks. Mad high chance to brick your car if not used correctly on different MSV ECU revisions.
