They look fine not sure what brand they are. Look on ebay and search for the e90 depo's. Theres a guy that sells them for 250 if you dont mind the amber corners. Thats what I have and i am very happy with the quality. I also have 16LED bulbs to upgrade the halogen bulbs for the angel eyes. Send me a pm if your interested in them.

I "pulled it out of" the FMVSS 108. There are NO aftermarket headlighting units that fit BMW and meet the FMVSS 108.

I highly doubt these headlights are "illegal". Please tell me from what part of the FMVSS 108's full text where it says this headlight is illegal.

Which part? The one that states that replacements must be identical to OE, or the part that requires a two year environmental test?
