Correct for both parts. If you're talking about the intercooler, the fitment is amazing and requires no cutting of the front bumper.

Is it really a 4/4 wrenches install effort? I thought FMIC installs were supposed to be easy, especially when there is no cutting involved.

Can you explain how your IC works better then that of a cheaper price? lets say vs helix/vrsf/AA/ETS etc.
