The engine has moved and alternator has been pushed back too. And at 92,000km they will total it most likely.

Doesn't look too bad. I doubt they'd write it off. It looks quite fixable actually.

I can't be 100% sure, but looking at the pictures, the alternator doesn't look straight for one and then the engine block also looks like it's moved a bit. Of course since the front bumper is so messed up it could be messing up my perspective, but I can't see how the engine wouldn't have suffered some type of hit considering the bumper/radiator/etc has been shoved back and is touching it now.

Keep the guesses coming!
I appreciate all your assumptions to the outcome.
I'll keep you all posted on the outcome in a few days after the adjuster makes his decision. The vehicle that was hit was a RAV4. On the merging ramp I shoulder checked to see if any cars were coming. None were insight. I continued merging with the flow and the RAV4 stopped for no reason.
