there are no words for this thread that haven't been said already, but I'll add some more to the mix

1. Anything to do with a sales inquiry, should have gone to their sales@vishnu... email address, not cluttering up the forum.
2. Tuners do have lives outside of tuning your specific ride or whatever. There job 9-5, or 10-6, or whatever time they work is their work hours, you can't expect them to be available 24/7. They do take vacations like you do, they do have personal lives, wives, girlfriends (or boyfriends, NO i am not pointing fingers).
3. Lastly, enjoy your tune responsibly. That is all...
