Order of Modifications

I just finally swapped in a 3 stage intake manifold last weekend and I also want to have my secondary cats remove. But I also am eager to get an AA stage 2 tune. Should I wait until I have the cats removed to order my tune or should that not make a big difference?

I say put the tune in last so that they can program it to the highest performance max out with all the engine mods you did to your car. But I can be wrong, I can't chime in since i'm just going by my opinion.

I say do the tune last too

I've seen the tune options change in just 1 yr.

I have no secondary cat and a 3stage disa, and no tune.
I am satisfied.

Tune last unless you go the Simon tool route. Then it doesnt matter as you can reflash to a new tune.

The 4k to redline pull after the tune is so much better. I personally would get it.

I personally have nothing against eurocharged or any other company like oe+ or giac, i just know some companies dont make tunes for my car and ive heard the most about people with the active tune and the 3 stage swap. But if anyone else has a personal story with another tune, i'll listen

I actually dont mind the Eurocharged tune. I emailed them and will continue my communication with their local office when they return from Aisa.

Another contender is Epic: http://epicmotorsports.com/contact-us.html

I've had all the tunes, and they're all good. Get the tune now - secondary cat removal makes no difference. It's the primary cats that require a reflash.

OE and Epic both claim up to 15 hp.

Does it change the exhaust sound when you remove the secondary cats?

Our power options are very limited. I am starting to wish I bought a 335 instead.
