Is there anywhere I can go to get a Daeos DRL Angel Eye Harness installed? I'm in the Bay Area, preferably somebody near San Jose.

You can have them coded by Grant@detailaddict, he coded my angel eyes before, never needed a harness.

Does this work for all E90s? I thought I read somewhere that older E90s need a physical harness and cannot be coded for an angel eye DRL.

if you have the old FRM then it cannot be coded. most likely 06 has FRM 1 and 07+ has newer FRM2 which can be coded.

This is true, my '07 E90 was upgraded by software, previous the update I had no daylight running lights, the dealer did it for free when they found out it was the old one. Couple months later they changed my footwell module to the current. (footwell module is the FRM correct?) You could check with the dealer and let them see your key fob to find out.
