I agree that if this is priced without the BMW tax, I'd jump on it in a hot minute.

We love BMW and we won't add the BMW tax to our products for the BMW. It will be very good quality and affortble price. Like many of other products for different cars. you will find great value and quality for this kit.

Im assuming this kit, regardless whether its better than a helix or AA FMIC, would be a much better choice than sticking with the stock unit.....

Anybody got the numbers for the gains from the DIY version of this IC?

Looks pretty nice. Are all those couplers really necessary tho? What is stopping you from welding the first sections to the outlets or making the cold side pipe 1 piece? Is it just a time or cost thing with the welding or is there no room?

It will cost more to have it as one piece. Also any chance for a z4 release.

The couplers also allow the piping to flex a bit which you will need.

the ONLY reason we make it two piece pipe is the one single piece pipe can't be installed. with litmited space and the shape of the pipe, there is no way to insert that pipe. so we have to make it two piece.

We make it 2.75" pipe(i believe it is the biggest offered, i could be wrong), so this increases the potential gains. the bottleneck is still the intake BOV pipe, but many aftermarket BOV pipes option are out there, and they are bigger than the stock one, so combine with our 2.75" pipe, we expect some extra gain.

You guys should start your own thread about this, I think it may gain more interest. I think a lot of people don't even know it exist bc they think its just the same thread being bumped about people doing it themselves. Just my .02.

I was just saying you should do an intro thread to help gain some more interest and then GB thread when you go to sell. I didn't even know you guys were making one until like 3 days ago b/c I just thought this thread was being bumped from people doing their own install, not bc you guys were making a whole new set up.
