As far as I've heard the 325 and 328 have the same exhaust, vendors sell exhausts that fit both cars. As for the xi's, I have no idea. I'm not sure if the exhaust of the xi has to route differently or not.

the 325 and 328 have relatively similiar exhaust but you can check out dinan or acs exhaust and they will be 100% for sure on that.. do a search on google and you can find the dinan webpage .. and then for ac schnitzer parts.. check on mwdesign.
