Rear Driveshafts
So on my quest to become vibration free next step is driveshafts. from what ive been researching its seem to the most likely part and the vibration behaviours seem to match that of other peoples experiences.
so that said anyone replaced driveshafts before? where'd you get them from? any tips for doing the work myself? |

are you just replacing parts in the hope its the right part for the problem?if so its an expensive way to do it..ive just sold my focus st.and i tjought i knew better.so i bought a driveshaft(twice) and it wasnt the driveshaft.they are £600 each on the st for new ones and £240 for refurb ones and £800 for uprated ones.have you had it into a specialist?,im sure it would be cheaper in the long run

there seems to be some play and clicking/clunking in the drivers side driveshaft so im pinning my hopes on that being the issue. |
