E91 DynoJet w/AA Custom Tune for 3 Stage Manifold

Made a trip to EAS this afternoon to see what the wagon is pushing now. No stock baseline, too bad so sad.

charcoal delete, scoops, and k&n drop in...but, don't think that's contributing much, if at all.

That's a pretty good gain. Most 328's push about 170-180ish whp stock.

Nice result

Did you do the 3 stage conversion yourself ?

Is the car a manual or auto ?

Anyone know how much higher a dynojet typically reads compared to a Mustang dyno ?

Installed the 3 stage myself, following the DIYs here and on zpost. Fairly intuitive, can't really mess anything up if you're careful with disconnecting and re-connecting. Took roughly 4 hours.

Manual tranny!

I believe the dynojet runs 10-15% more than the mustang.

wish i had a stock/baseline dyno, but here's a stock vs BMS Tune. either way, happy with the extra oomph on the wagon. definitely pulls harder than before.

Your dyno shop should have set the dyno to SAE instead of Standard. It would give you a better idea of where you compare to other dynojet runs. While it wouldnt be 100% accurate, it would be far more accurate than STD correction factors.

Correct. All of our graphs are SAE as standard. The whp should drop a little but it will be very comparable.

How are you finding the car now that the tune is fully adapted ?

As part of the custom tune - did AA play around with specific throttle response, quality of fuel, extra performance additions, etc. for you ?

truth be told, i've logged more miles with manifold and tune than with the stock engine. as others have said the vehicle is definitely transformed with the added power. my opinion does not differ. the numerous dyno pulls that others as well as i have posted, indicate this.

as far as i know, the custom tune they provided me was the same as with the man purple E91. it wasn't one custom to my vehicle. i believe that E91 had an exhaust as well, while mine is stock.
