DVD/CD player question

Hello everybody
Does somebody have some experience with the BMW prologic system,after software update, concerning the DVD the CD player and the CD changer??
My system (Navi professional) does not play any DVD and the CD changer don't read any MP3 cd's (mp3/MP3 pro),I did the update last week by the BMW in Munich and the only change except the 3D navigation was that the second cd player read MP3 but not the changer.

What CIP Version did you update to?

I got no idea, I know the people there and the technician said he would update the software for the entire car.
