Hi, I am looking to buy a 330xi from a private party. Its a 2006 bmw 330xi monaco blue on cream interior. It has every option (gps,bluetooth,xenon...)It has 20,000 miles and he is asking $24000. What should I offer him.

It has navigation, Premium, Cold Weather, Sport? I'd pay 22k for it depending on exterior and interior body condition. Does he have all service records? any damage?

no damage. but i will have my mechanic look at it. do you think 22k is fair. or should i start the negotiation at 20k?

Depends on how bad the owner wants to sell it. It would be a good deal for 20k I think.
When I sold my E90 330i, I was not willing to sell the car for 2k under what I was listing it for since I really liked it and even after getting full asking price it was extremely hard walking away from such an awesome, reliable car. Drop it from 20k to 60k miles in a 2 year period and all I had to replace was tires, oil changes.
