Negative Feedback from a scammer

Is there anyway this negative feedback can get deleted?
I reported the rating but it's not getting deleted..

Here's a thread that shows he scammed me:

Also there is another negative rating I got a while back just because I left him a negative feedback. He sold me some mats and consistenly lied about the shipment. I did receive the items but I left him a negative feedback because it was certainly not a good experience. And of course he left me a negative feedback as a revenge.

I think these kinds of negative feedback coming from 'revenge' should be deleted and prevented..
Now after receiving two negative feedbacks for pure 'revenge', I am hesitant to leave negative feedbacks to other scammers and dishonest sellers.

Gotta believe that, your situation sucks but the MODS are going to see that. I wouldn't expect it to get deleted, sorry bro.

The first one was also by a shady seller, he left me a negative because I left him one.
And the second one was by a scammer and I don't think ANYONE will deny that..
Oh well this sucks..
