HELP pls!! Batterys good but car wont start..

Hello, just want to ask on anyone who already tackled this kind of problem, i already searched same problem that i have right now but there are things i cant find under the hood in the engine distribution junction. I was looking for the loose cable junction (z4) it says on the pdf... My question is, am i looking at the wrong location? Or my starter has gone bad? I really appreciate if someone can help me on this. Thank you in advance!

http://www.e90post.com/forums/attach...1&d=1309259437 (this is were i saw the pics on the b+ connection and the loose cable junction)

Additional question..
On the first pic, where is that fuse box location? Is it the one in the glovebox? Or is there any area that i can see that b+ cable ? Thank you again in advance!

Few weeks ago my 320d E90 wouldn't start.Battery and starter motor was fine.
Reason was that, plus cable was almost loose. The cable that goes from that engine bay plus terminal over the engine to starter motor.

It was loose from the left of the engine where that big red Plus is.

All good, i was thinking about the cable too since i was searching for the issue and all ofmthe answers i see was the cable, but when my mechanic checked it, it was the starter and told me the starter was frozen, and i remembered when i had my a/c freon recharge that saturday morning, something happened in the indy shop where i heard them shouting that it was like theres a fight, then i asked them what was it, then they told me it was nothing its just a water splash thats y when i looked at my engine bay it was all wet. I think thats what made my starter frozen. Thank you for the replies!
