I'm interested but I had a couple questions. Do you know what model year E90 the seats were from? I think 08 and higher or 09+ has active headrests that have an additional sensor. I have a 09 E90. Do you know roughly how much these things would cost to ship?

I know they are from an 08 e90 328i. I didn't know about the headrests, but thanks for that information.

As for the shipping I think the company I bought them from used a freight company which was way cheaper, but just took a bit longer (about 10-14 days). I will be happy to do some research with you to find a reliable freight company and best price though. Thanks.

Looks like its 09+ that have active headrests. Damn you safety concious BMW!!! So unless this info is not correct, looks like I will have to pass. I had my hopes up...

Good luck with your sale though.

so all e90 that are <08 models can't use these seats because of the active head-rest? Not sure what the issue is?

I can only assume that the system will throw an error since it does not see the active head rest being connected. Not a theory I'm willing to test either given how expensive these things are.

Exactly right, from my own direct experience trying older seats on my '09. Big red airbag error light on the dash, needs to be reset by the dealer.
