Facelifted E91 w/Mtech on autobahn....
I was driving out of Munich on Friday, and see this coming up behind me kinda fast. I didn't click first, thinking regular e90/91, but then look closely, covered roundel and then rest you see here. Looks like it has Mtech on the back, but not sure about the front. By the way, I see trucks with those (e90/91) all the time on the autobahn being transported. Maybe one of those days when I finally get enough of the autobahn, I will snap more pics. I'm in love with autobahns (basically no speed limits). Also saw a Space Grey e90 M3 in Munich without covers but roundels. Looked awesome.

Looks great.
But I really hate those huge new mirrors.

definitely better than the current e91! I may be the only one but I think the facelifted look suits the e91 better than the e90...
BTW u are lucky you get to drive on the autobahn... |

So you can't retrofit the M3 mirrors either?

It's a 07 MDX. I know back in States they are all over the place, but here in Germany I only saw one (on US base), and people are staring all the time. My German neighbor asked me why Americans get these SUVs if it eats so much gas, I asked him why do Germans drive 130mph on the Autobahn. I said it equals out. I told him in States I can only go up to 75-80 and then worry about getting tickets, here they fly at 120-130mph so going that fast he burns lots of gas too. I've been averaging 90-95mph (I'm in middle lane most of the time), but hit 120mph few times (just to see if I can hit speed limiter, on MDX should be around 120mph). And going 70-80 mph here feels like 40 back home. And they actually move over for you if you're flying fast from behind.
