I picked up my e92 2008 coupe yesterday(no idrive), was wondering how i change settings on the car so my headlights come on as i unlock car, also saw other e92s making a beep whenever locked/ unlocked? Manual i have is for a car with idrive and ive read the manual on here, it tells me to move my indicator stalk till a certain symbol appears, but only 3 different things show up, Check, set date/ time/ set light brightness on dash.

To get the full option menu you need to be stationary with start switch pressed twice no foot on clutch. There is no option for the beep on lock/unlock, american option only if alarm fitted.
