BMW Performance Power Kit or Cobb

I'm trying to decide between which one of these to purchase for my car.

I can get both of them for around the same price, the Cobb slightly cheaper. I do not plan on upgrading my FMIC or downpipe in the future. Simply want a couple more ponies & good sounds out of my N55 with my current catback exhaust system.

Any inputs from people that own either or have owned one in the past or currently? Thanks everyone..

Not sure about that, anyone else? I just know the PPK will not put down as many HP and TQ as COBB

How does all this affect warranty issues? I want do upgrade too but worried about the dealer giving me a hard time because of "performance upgrades"

Wellllll.....
You'd be good on that front with the PPK, and hell, even with DINAN, even though they might battle between DINAN and BMW IF something were to go wrong (which is slim to none, DINAN has been tuning BMWs for over 20 years.)
