If you can't find anyone, try doing it yourself. Its a fairly straightforward procedure. Unless of course that you're not willing to purchase a K+DCAN cable. Otherwise, I strongly recommend you do it yourself.

Using NCSExpert coding is incredibly simple. First you must disable cold and warm testing of light bulb functionality for the tail lights in the FRM(NFRM). The latter two will remove the error messages one would have after the retrofit.

Change all to nicht_aktiv in the FRM
KALTUEBERWACHUNG_BL_MI
KALTUEBERWACHUNG_RL
KALTUEBERWACHUNG_BLK_HI
CC_MELD_BFD_BL
FEHLERMELDUNG_CC_BFD_L & R

KALTUEBERWACHUNG_RL
KALTUEBERWACHUNG_BLK_HI
CC_MELD_BFD_BL
FEHLERMELDUNG_CC_BFD_L & R
But RL is the reversing light and this is a bulb, it's not necessary change this checking.

This would be the complete coding, right?

KALTUEBERWACHUNG_BL_MI
KALTUEBERWACHUNG_BLK_HI
WARMUEBERWACHUNG_BL_MI
WARMUEBERWACHUNG_BLK_HI
KALTUEBERWACHUNG_BFD
WARMUEBERWACHUNG_BFD
CC_MELD_BFD_BL
FEHLERMELDUNG_CC_BFD_L
FEHLERMELDUNG_CC_BFD_R

On a 2008 E92 M3 I could not find:

CC_MELD_BFD_BL
FEHLERMELDUNG_CC_BFD_L
FEHLERMELDUNG_CC_BFD_R

but there was CC_MELD_BFD_BEI_DEF_NSL.

I disabled this and the warm/cold checks and the LCI tail lights seem to be working properly

That's great! I'm glad you were able to disable those disturbing messages/blinkers.
