Spark plug recommendations?

Was wondering what the best spark plugs I could purchase for a '06 330i? Ive seen some topics from the past few years, but I know they constantly come up with new plugs and such, was wondering if anyone had recommendations. Cars idles rough here and there and figured this would be a cheap thing to do, if only to eliminate the problem.....thanks
