E90 HID failing! HELP!

Hey guys, im sure its here and you guys are probably sick of seeing this but my symptoms are a bit different. I have a 2006 BMW 330XI with the Bi-Xenon headlights. My driver side headlights HID doesn't turn on ( i have to give it a light little bang for it to turn on) today i roundhouse kicked it and this time it didn't turn on

. PLEASE HELP im hoping its just a loose wire i will check tomorrow when its not raining.

Im just wondering if this has happened to any of you before and what was the issue?

-Halos work
-Halogen High Beam works.
-HID does NOT turn on neither HIGH or LOW beam
-for the past month or so i turn my car on at night all i would need to do is get out and give it a nice little tap on the headlight and then HID would turn on.

Probably ought to confirm the connections and perhaps pull the bulb and take look. Replaced my drivers side HID bulb this weekend. Old one was toast...

Yea I'm hoping its a loose wire cause this morning I tried turning it on and I had to bang the light a bit harder and a few more times but the light came on and was just as bright as the passenger side and same color. KEEPING MY FINGERS CROSSED! I'm unemployed don't have $$ to spend lol
