WTB: 2009+ e90 335xi NJ/NY/PA

Looking to buy a 2009 or newer e90 335xi, with average mileage in good condition. I'm open to modded or stock cars, and there's a few things I'm particularly interested in, but aren't deal breakers. Show me whatever you have, I may be willing to stray a bit from what I ideally want.

Big selling points would be as follows.
-MUST HAVE xDrive
-Space Gray
-Saddle brown or Chestnut brown interior
-manual trans preferred
-M Sport

I have a 2011 e90 xdrive sports, premium & cold package, space gray with white & black interior, 6M 41,000 mostly highway miles (I'm in sales) 2nd owner I bought it with 3500 miles, still got some warranty here are the mods:

JB4
BMS Intake
M shift Knob
clear bra
KW-V1's
