Yes its legit, you may need to play with it a bit to fit but it will work.

i would just say you better get it soon before it gets hot...i think those things deform in very hot weather as i ordered one off ebay and it did not fit right...i just went with oem as its only like 200 for perfect fitment.

That's not an m-tech style lip though, that is the aero lip for the regular pre-lci bumper

Buyer beware.

I got one of these like a year ago from a similar vendor on ebay and it didn't fit. I spent like $90 bucks on it.

The front fit perfectly but the sides were too short. They ended like a half inch from the wheel wells on both sides of the front bumper.
I'm not sure what you could do with it at that point but no amount of struggling with it was going to add like an inch of material on both sides.

Some of these listings my very well be legit but the one I got didn't fit right.
I ultimately ended up just getting an mtech bumper.
