sstt - 40hp and 50lb
procede - 55-60whp and 80-100lbft

BUT: The Turbo Tuner(SSTT) can be installed or uninstalled in seconds.
and Procede`s estimated Installation Time is 30-45 mins

No, V2 means Procede Version 2.

I went with the SSTT, because of the ease of installation/ removal... For power gains you should get the PROcede, but if you are looking for an easy mod go with the SSTT, I'm waiting for SSTT v2.

i want to clarify the next question :
procede is installed into the waterproof case
and sstt doesn`t.. is there a problem ? ( when U go through puddles?

Not a problem. First, the manufacturer of the SSTT would have taken that into account. Second, if you're getting that much water in your engine compartment, you probably have bigger problems.

i aswell went with the SSTT for the easy install and all. for me its very reliable solid mod.

SSTT v2 does not have an official release date yet, there has been confirmation that there is a v2 on its way though... SSTT has yet to throw a code (correct me if I am wrong), but there are a number of cases where the PROcede is causing problems for some..

SSTT FTW!!! I've had it n for a week and I LOVE IT... the car also sounds better - exhaust is throatier and louder aaand you can cearly hear the turbos spooling... the amazing thing is ALL THESE GAINS are due to something SO simple.. There are no known cons til now...

hey guys with a regular SSTT what kind of gains would an e93 335i experience? and by this i mean would it be significantly quicker (in a straight line) than an e92 335i or would the advantage over the stock coupe be slight?

There have been some codes but not nearly as many as other tunes out there....

Answer is, PROcede for most power and most tunable, sstt for simple install. Thats it. Personally, I prefer more power and more control with a better tune, over a simpler install.
