I considered doing that but didn't like the muliple part looking caliper. so I bought a set of these. http://www.calipercovers.com/ Will post some pics later.

I painted mine black at LTMW. It came out good man but IMO black is the color you should go with on stock calipers . btw did they cover the rotors before spraying it? because they didnt cover mine

Looks good, no reason for the shop to botch it because it is such an easy DIY.

Don't get caliper covers, they will only heat up your brakes quicker.
