The fastest cars in ALMS - M3 GT Race Cars

We all drive the street version, so why not have a look at what we all wish we could do with/to our cars? The M3 GT is amazingly well balanced this year, and it shows with Team RLL sweeping the first 3 rounds of 2011 ALMS. Bill Auberlen and Dirk Warner took home the first win at Sebring, followed by Joey Hand and Dirk Warner winning the next 2 rounds at Long Beach and Lime Rock Park.

If you are not yet a fan of ALMS Racing, I strongly suggest you check out BMW's dominance this season. It is a lot of fun to seeing what these cars are truly capable of and is sure to put a smile on your face.

Thanks for posting the pics. Looks like you were right there in the action. Lime Rock is such a great facility. I got to see the LMP1-class leading Dyson Racing Mazda prototype practicing there during an HPDE event a couple of weeks ago. So much fun to see and hear them up close.

awesome pics. 3 in a row is phenomenal in ALMS. I kept my fingers crossed for 1st place at Lime Rock but when they qualified 1-2 on Friday I just felt like they would take 1st. I love the RLL team regardless, but kicking ass so much this year makes me so happy.

Any chance you have some of these pics in high res?
