Hair behind instrument cluster glass

does anyone know the quickest and easiest way to get it out without taking the entire unit apart?

drilling a big hole and vacuuming it out will probably be the quickest and easiest... but then you'll have a giant hole. lol

It's super easy to take out the cluster. Once it's out, the cover is easily removed and you can get it that way. It's super straight forward and super easy. I've done it before

I'd try blasting the gauge cluster with shop air first and see if that works.
