No... I have the sports package and mine are 15" (well at least that's what it says on the rim). Other options go up to 17". The M3 has the 19" option though.

Lol don't sweat it. Those look like 18's to me. Might be 17's can't tell. Read the three sets of numbers that are written on the tire. The last number is your rim size. On my 335 fronts the tire size is 225/40 r18. So they are 18" rims.

Maybe they come with smaller brakes? I know firsthand 17's won't fit my car (335i), cause i tried to borrow my lil bros 17" winter setup.
