Dealership car transfers?

Can BMW dealerships transfer cars to other dealerships? I have a CPO car I'm interested in at Hansel BMW and was wondering if it would be possible to get to transferred somewhere closer. Also, does anyone have any idea how much transfer fees would if it is possible? Thanks.

carmax does it...they wouldn't unless the dealership are affiliated. They can only do dealer trades on new vehicles.
