Intro: AUTOcouture Motoring

Just wanted to add my experience from last night(yes night) at ACM.

I was at ACM shop around 5pm to get new AG 310 installed. everything was done by 7-7:30 ish i believe.
I left the place and could feel the DWS smoother than the runflats

As soon as i was on highway at speeds above 60 i started feeling vibrations. as speed increased so did the vibrations. Went back, reached shop at around 8:15pm, shop was closed

called up just to check and to my luck Tom replied. i told him the situation, he was really helpful and opened the shop, checked the front wheel, balancing was slightly off, fixed it, then again test drive, the problem was still not solved, this time checked the left back wheel and found the problem which was fixed . after a test run there were no issues. By the time we were done it was almost 10pm.

I have never in my life experienced such customer support. Tom was not only fixing the problem but also explained me alot of things about wheel balancing which i was not aware.

Thank you ACM(Lalit,Tom) as I would have to drive my other car to Vermont tonight if the issue was not resolved yesterday night.

ACM = solid customer service on consistent basis
