Have you considered checking your grounds, trying new ones, and checking other electrical connections. Perhaps its an electrical issue? As much as I love failsafes and electronics, nothing beats some simple on/off boost meth switches.

I"ll be honest I've had a few failsafes and flow sensors and I've had them fail within 30 seconds of use sometimes.

Checked out all the wiring and re-did just to be safe. Replaced relay and entire relay harness, soldered all connections and shrink wrapped as well.

What i have noticed! During a normal drive, the temps up here is getting close to 78F to 86F. I've opened the engine compartment and the fast acting valve is so hot, that i can't really hold my finger on it for even a sec. I know that meth boiling point is around 149F. I know the heat under the hood does get pretty hot but not sure if this is the cause.

My FAV is too hot to touch as well if the radiator fan has been running since it's directly in the airflow.

I also have a trunk mount setup.....but have never had flow problems like you describe.

I think God is just punishing you.

Like I said I've seen these components fail even when "new". I would ask for another one. Or a way to test them from the manufacturer.

Sounds like you covered all your T's and crossed your I's more then once. You did your due diligence if you ask me.

So true! I bought a new FAV from Howerton and it was defective! He sent me out a replacement. The replacement and the original valve that came with the kit, both do the same thing. I haven't changed out the flow sensor yet. If I take it apart and blow through it, it spins freely. If anything, maybe it's the c-clamp sensor?

OMG are you still having meth problems? So sorry to hear. At this point just go with a single and forget teh meth. Most would have given up by now...you are definitely a trooper. Hopefully everything is squared away soon. I hear Shift-S3ctor is going to try for another airstrip event later this year. You have more than one reason to go

Problem is the single setup still uses the same Pwm setup!
Kinda shitty as I finally got all my car gremlins worked out and now I can't shake this meth issue!

I'm down for "road trip!!!"

Do you have the WW mount or trunk mount? I'm going with a tank mount on the M3. I used to have flow issues and then i took out that stupid filter between the tank and the pump. That did the trick. AT time, i have some minor periodic flow issues (lights will flicker on an off) but they are corrected easily with a couple WOTs + WW spray. With the M3 trunk mount, I'm going to have a button in my center console to manually trigger the pump. No meth flow sux! So are you thinking about getting a single?

I can resolve your issue if you just want to enjoy your car.

I've had my fair share of bad experiences with faulty hardware. So what did I do?

Went to the simple method. I knew meth was flowing so I simply went back to a simple on/off boost meth switch. 8 PSI, 100% flow. I took out all the nannies and computers.

Worked like a champ. Logs showed 10 degrees of timing from 3000 RPM and near redline timing went up to 14 degrees. Never saw a timing drop ever.

If you purchase a flow sensor 3rd party gauge you can monitor flow that way but it wont be a reactive system.

(This is me not recommending people to avoid failsafes and flow sensors) but at some point if it's not working just go with the KISS method. Understand the risks involved and outweigh the pros and cons.

Oh and you simply run map 2.

I have a trunk mount unit. I didnt like the idea of having a WW mount system. I'm going to pick up some more tubing and run a dedicated line from the pump to the front again but this time, i'm going to run the line on the side through the wheel well and to the FAV inside the bumper away from heat sources. I'll remove the inline filter and just run and in tank filter.

I'm getting a little frustrated with this now. I never had meth issues before with my snow stage 3 setup. At the airport runs, we would have boot it hard on the way to the start line and this would be enough to purge the lines. I didn't have issues there when i did this. Since i've come back, the bloody system just doesn't work. Procede is sending the right signals but the flow isnt there.

I do like the idea of the failsafes as i run the car really agressively. Its good protection.

I'm 'still in the air' about the single setup. I did like the idea but just waiting to hear back from Sikh335 to hear his opinions between the 58" and 62" turbos for our auto's.

The M is going to be fun! looking forward to see how she all turns out for you!

I know i know..

As i mentioned on the last post, i never had this many issues with my snow stage 3 setup.

From what i understand, we can use the new flow sensor's from aquamist on this system. I'm debating if i should just change to the Aquamist HFS4 as a stand alone.

Does the tank have a vent? Is the pump trying to suck a vacuum in the tank? Maybe the feed line from the tank to the pump is loose and it's sucking air bubbles?

The tank cap is vented. I thought this may be an issue as well but it's a vented tank. I pressure checked the lines as well. no leaks. I ended up buying a new tank, new connections with an external vent on the tank as well. Still issues.

Really all you need is this http://www.topgearsolutions.com/deownnadprsw.html

Adjustable boost pressure switch. Set it to 8-10 PSI.

Hook up power to pump. Double check your logs. Call it a day!

Take out all the flow sensor and failsafe bologna.

So i tested boost juice and still had the issues. It's not meth boiling over.

Just gotta wait for Shiv to get back to me to get his input.

I have been dealing with Howerton but as per Howerton, this is a Vishnu kit so I need to deal with them.

He was very helpful with the fast acting valve issues though. Shiv is working with me right now to resolve.
