the compressor is a custom design for this setup, it's about the same size as the ones in the 605 kit.

thats what is in my M3, the n54 would get a boner with that snail on it. Hell on the old technology (still good IMO) in my S52 your looking at 500whp~ with the 35r at 15-17psi on pump gas. I"m sure everyone here would be happy with that , plus lots of room to go up.

What kind of spool up are you getting with the 35r? High dyno numbers are great, but basically what I am asking is what kind of room do you have under the HP/Torque curves? What RPM are you hitting full boost at? (Not meant to be antagonistic, just curious) I rode in a few Evos that were running 35Rs. While once they kicked in, the speed was awesome, the lag for daily driving was ridonculous. They were also running 30+ lbs. of boost, so a lot more to build than the 15-17 psi.

Evo is a small 4 banger. I'm running a 3.2 liter engine, boost builds very quickly at 3,000rpms i'll hit around 10psi, full boost by 3300rpms. Redline is 7200rpms. Obviously if I stomp on it at 2,000rpms there is lag but why woudl I do that? I cruise mostly around 2,500-3,000 in this car. So boost is right there. The hit of the 35r is almost disorienting....its awesome .

so thats 4,000rpms of full boost, more than enough . If i'm actually driving it fast its not out of boost, if i'm cruising boost is only a stab away. Its a handful for daily driving on street tires. The gearing in my car keeps it in the rev band basically automatically even when your not trying. I need a taller rear end gear actually.
