Installation of LPFP
Before I commence installation of a Stage 2 LPFP, I wanted confirmation on a couple of things from those of you who have installed one.
1. The LPFP is located under the rear seat behind the drivers seat. 2. I need to disconnect the negative terminal on the battery. 3. Do I need to drain fuel tank completely or just get it as low as possible. Your assistance would be greatly appreciated. |

Low as possible, it will be a lot easier if you leave about 50km worth of fuel in it.
No special tools are required for this. 4. Plenty of rags covering your seats and for your hands |

The tool made it mega easy but i think if you did some tap tap tap-a-roo's then you'd get it undone.
Coupes33 there is an installation guide on the Fuel-it website. Its really good. Just follow that. For AU cars its almost exactly the same we just have one less breather or something to disconnect. |

Thanks fellows for your comments. I will install the LPFP in the next week or so when I get the fuel down to an 1/8th of a tank. As far as the tool goes, I will make one fairly easily. Thanks again.
