Brake Fluid Flush and Microfilter

So idrive finally threw the codes for Brake Fluid Flush and Microfilter change. Went to dealership to just get a quote to see how much I was looking at. Tried to charge me $180 for the flush and $103 for the micro filter, oh, this was at Weatherford BMW . Needless to say, I passed.

Got the flush done at Bavarian Professionals in Berkeley for $103 out the the door.

Bought this filter for $22.35, can't believe it took 5 mins max, installed and reset the code myself. I drive a 2007 335i e92, in case anyone needs this done.

Oh, that's probably because of your mileage. What is it?

Any idea if the cabin filter is the same for e92 and e90? That amazon link is a good price.

Yeah Im pretty sure this will fit, just use the "select your vehicle" function on the top to make sure.

Read some of the reviews that said it fit:

1. 2006 BMW E90
2. 2008 E90 328xi
3. 330i 2006

Very funny, I had my car in to replace a bad starter and they told me I needed to do those same two things! I wonder if they have a yearly schedule on what to tell people they need!

Im always curious as to how they determine it on non-idrive cars, but any car with idrive they wait till the code
