Thanks! My car is at VPC and due at dealer this week, I have locked in December rates but I would like to hold off signing for the car lease until the new rates become valid, that way I can benefit from any possible reduction.

Likewise. I'm in at 0.00195 and 64% (12K) and happy with that but I noticed that E46 coupes are at 0.00160 and some 5 series are at 0.00140 and even 0.00100 which is insane.

If the rates do go down, I'll load it up with accessories - maybe a spoiler to keep my payment where it is now.

So when did you car arrive PH? By any chance did you know which boat were you on? I am in the same situation as you. Locked in on the Dec lease rates and waiting for the Jan rate to come out. I am locked in with .0021 without security deposit and .0019 with. Is that the same deal you have?

Was on Ryujin, arrived San Diego on 12/28, spend a day there and presumably another day to get to PH/VPC, car arrived at dealer yesterday. One day prep, and it's ready today.

Same deal w.r.t MF.

I'm hoping as Fed has indicated no more interest rate hikes for a while and that sale price for e90 appears to have dropped to somewhere around $500+ over invoice indicating that e90 demand is slower than expected, that the MF may have improved. Typically people say that Jan-Mar is best time for lease rates, not sure if that applies to BMW's though.

Good Luck!!
