Please Help

Does anyone in Germany know if there is a extended warranty on the 335 N54 motor for the HPFP in Germany? I had all the symptoms come up for my HPFP problem dropped it off at my local dealer, but they are clueless in what I am talking about. Has anyone had the HPFP failure and is experienced in this malfunction and dealings with the dealerships and warranties?!?!?!?

Good luck I could never get the German dealerships to do ANY warranty work for me? I suspect they charged me, keep the money but filed warranty claims through BMW to get refunded for the fix and get double the money.
