Testing out Fogs with only Angel Eye DRLs tonight!
(For example fogs can be turned on without low beams turning on as well)

How about fogs as the welcome light?

What year is your car? I can definitely enable fogs to come on with WL's (got it on my car)!

Oh, and I read somewhere that adding in the digital speedo resets all the service info. Is that the case? I'm still on the maintenance plan so that will work against me.

Nope that's a bit of common misinformation. It resets the clock but service info remains intact.
