When I was installing my JL amp I noted that I have CD Changer Prep. There is a wire and plug wrapped in foam.

Can I use this socket to connect a Dension to the MOST or something else?

I have been using an AUX cable recently with a BT media remote.

It's high time I made use of my steering controls and was able to view song information on my professional hu.

I've fitted genuine iPod kit to my e93 and old e90
They're cheaper than Dension and probably better.

My one can only take the glovebox option and apparently its slower... That's why I was thinking Dension.

The aux sucks and makes anything that goes through it suck,
which includes the original ipod kit as it uses aux to.
Ycable audio goes through aux in analog, song info only is digital.
Dension kit comes with all the wiring you need to make it work
you can put it in the cd area if you want but its a long run for the
wiring that goes to it.

The cdc cables optic cable are disconnected at the optic junction
box but they can be used if you want to put the Dension there.

Makkan00 on the London Boards likes the New Pro Radio upgrade
better than the Dension it has USB and bluetooth built in but the
new Dension has A2DP and as of yet I have not heard of that in
a Pro Radio setup.
Makkan00 has a sticky on one of the UK suboards advertizing
his services.
