Are you serious? No wonder I have yet to hear of someone going with this package.

The prices were posted in a german magazine. The price they gave included the Stage 3 turbo upgrade, Intercooler, full Aero Kit etc. But still way too pricey...

Wait another 3 years or so and just enjoy your cars as is with the basic bolt ons for now. Becoming a guinea pig is not fun trust me and there is not enough research out there on any of these turbo upgrades to warrant playing with a $40K vehicle.

Absolutely serious information. I have their price list of one year ago where their rather simple stage 2 package (flash, intercooler, oil cooler) was at 19.000 EUR. I would believe that their turbo upgrade (which, at least pursuant to their German website, also contains a stroker kit) would be priced at least 50% more, i.e. at around 30.000 EUR. That is of course ridiculous, in particular as I do not really see why you would need to increase the displacement of the engine.

Guys, read the link. That 3,600 price is for supercharger...

The turbo upgrade was $10,700 and they quote it as putting down 442 HP. Includes bigger turbos and their exhaust. Not a terrible deal...

I've been to GMP. They're local to me. They seem pretty reputable.

Personally, I don't feel the ASR or RD sport turbos are enough of an upgrade to justify the cost/work. 500whp on race gas with meth is not much of an achievement in my book. If it could do that on pump I'd be happy but, I'm thinking we'll need to get away from the stock housings to do that.

You know, when Shiv tuned that 135 on 93 octane, he said it was a very conservative tune. I wonder how much power he can really get out of that car safely with 93 oct. I just want 450rwhp on pump gas. Could care less about race gas and meth.

you cant push 450 on pump gas. The only way to do that is to port the OEM turbos or get 1 that is bigger.

Doesn't really sound like it. Why don"t you give it a go?

I'm waiting to see what AMS comes up with.

ya, this is great, especially since RD does such quality work, but the fact that they will basically turn down helping you after installation if you don't run their entire set up, IE: FMIC, ECU flash, etc.. is a bit unsettling..

i think they'd have tons of ppl flocking towards this upgrade if they were more enthusiastic about selling it w/out the other components & dropped the price to a more competitive price for stock ported turbos!

Just have to wait for the other companies to release similar products for comparison! And yes, buying the whole setup for customer support is abit unsettling =/

these upgrade turbo vendors need to realize that the vast majority of guys eyeing larger turbos are not bone stock
i want bigger snails, but many of us already have either the full works re bolt ons or at least a couple of mods under our belts already.

my 2 cents
