quick question
I have been trying to start my car today and all it does is turn over, but never actually starts. I took my procede out and the same thing happens. Does this mean my fuel pump is dead? It also makes this whiney sound that does not go away even when the battery is disconnected.

I have another question. After I installed v2 my car felt unusually sluggish. It had a hard time pulling through the gears. I thought that my ecu was just adjusting, but it felt a lot slower that 1.47 (in fact it almost felt like a integra). Can this also be attributed to the fuel pump? Or could it be something else?
