VSM 19" CSL Replicas - Build Quality - Align. Issues?

Hi All,

Would like to get a thread here of ppl who are happy and unhappy with the CSL Replicas 19" from Velocity Motoring. A few concerns I want to have insight into, are:

1. Build Quality - Finish, Cracks...etc
2. Durability - Will these bend over the first pothole I run over?
3. Alignment issues - Shim and tramline at 80mph? Will I need an alignment?

I'm ready to pick these up but I don't want to find out any bad things after the purchase. Any insight would be appreciated.

Thanks in Advance.

I own a set...

build quality is amazing, i live in toronto where pot holes every metre is a normal thing, believe me, you should be fine. the quality of the finish is amazing, again, your safe there. as far as alignment is concerend, ive been fine, but you might want to get others opinions

Got mine other day, and they balanced fine, with road force too. They look great and the build quality seems great. Slapped some Michelin PS2's on and the ride is suprisingly good for 19" rims.

There is a small problem on the finish on one of mine and I already bent one. Except that they are fine.

Well the spot on the finish is really hard to c unless you are looking for it and I went though one big pothole very fast, so I dont know what exactly is expected from a wheel with a 30 tire.

If you bend one of these rims, most likely you would have bent any other cast wheel/OEM wheel.

What tires are you running? Did the tire get damaged when you hit the pothole?
