Maybe if you know the people who owns the shop it can qualify lol, my main concern is being pulled over and the cops knowing that my car has failed inspection and has a fake sticker on it. I could imagine the trouble there. Do you know if that info is presented to cops on their "computers"?

A cop isn't gonna know if it was a lick and stick, and the only way they'll find out is if the vehicle is in such obvious disrepair that they deem it unsafe for the road.

For talking about building a 900hp 2JZ swapped into an e92 you are worried about all the wrong things, dude.
