Strange engine noise today

Anyone have any guesses as to what this could be? It's coming from the driver's side, I think. Not throwing any codes. Just noticed this bonus oil leak as well. Wew.

Better sound with external mic. Can clearly hear it from like 0:58:

I think it's the belt/pulley area. I was reading that the belts could squeak if oil got on them, which looks like it could be the case. Noise is much more prevalent after it warms up and is idling at like 550rpm or whatever. When I rev it it's gone.

Fix that leak, replace the belt, tensioner and pulleys.
